The Treasure Coast's Hidden Gem
Between Vero Beach and
Fort Pierce, Panther Woods Country Club lies serenely within an
orange grove environment of lush tropical vegetation. Living is easy
here---less crowded and more comfortable. Just a few minutes from
your doorstep are miles of gorgeous beaches, arts and entertainment,
The Indian River Lagoon, and shopping venues galore. You'll feel a
wonderful sense of tranquility the moment you enter the guard house
entry. Here, spacious homesites showcase a superb variety of
residences including custom homes, villas, and condominiums
overlooking sweeping views of lakes, ponds, and fairways. An
abundance of space between golf course and homes creates plenty of
breathing room for golfers and residents. The 18-hole, par-72 golf
course, designed by Charles Ankrum, winds through 175 scenic acres
and has been listed among the top 30 courses in Florida. Sam Snead
served as Resident Golf Pro Emeritus from 1988 to 2002. Open
fairways, large greens, and five sets of tees make this a great
course for players of all skill levels. Panther Woods hosts the
Treasure Coast Junior and Senior Tours and many other tournaments.
The gracious clubhouse
features a main dining room, a private dining room, The 19th Hole, a
golf pro shop, fitness area, and men's and women's locker facilities
with saunas. An expansive tennis complex offers five Har Tru tennis
courts, a tennis pro shop, a swimming pool, locker rooms, and an
activity center. Clinics are available for everyone along with
private lessons from the pros. Special tennis events during holidays
are especially fun, with exciting theme events and prizes. A variety
of club memberships are available to residents as well as to those
living outside the community.
